Historique :	Les murs de la chapelle sainte Philomène de la basilique d'Ars-sur-Formans sont couverts de divers ex-votos des 19e et 20e siècles. A la fois béquilles en bois, plaques de marbre gravées, tableaux brodés, couronnes de mariée, tous ont trait à l'accomplissement d'un voeu ou au remerciement d'une grâce obtenue. D'après la fiche de récolement : 9 ex-votos sur le mur nord, 18 sur le mur est, 27 sur le mur sud, 5 sur le mur ouest et 35 béquilles. Beaucoup manquent depuis l'arrêté de 1978. Le Père Nault a signalé que la Tribune du Vicomte était pavée d'ex-votos.
